This Privacy Policy describes what data is processed when you use the JUSTZONE website and service (the “Service”), for what purposes, and how we protect it.
1. General provisions
By registering, accessing, making a purchase or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you accept this Policy and consent to the processing of your data for the purposes set out here. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Service.
The Administration may amend and supplement this Policy. The current version is always available on the website; continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
2. Purposes of processing
Processing is carried out in connection with concluding and performing the User Agreement, including but not limited to:
- creating an account and providing access to gameplay;
- processing orders and automatically delivering digital goods to the game server;
- processing and verifying payments;
- running the loyalty program (bonuses, discounts, VIP tiers);
- preventing fraud and protecting payments when they are disputed;
- technical support, notifications and information about changes to the Service.
3. What data we collect
We collect only the data necessary for the Service to operate.
Account data
- username (login) and, where applicable, in-game character name;
- email address;
- password - stored only in encrypted form (a cryptographic hash); it is not available to us in plain text;
- game account identifier EOS ID and Discord identifier (when linked);
- service values: bonus balance, personal discount, cumulative amount for the VIP tier.
Order and payment data
- order contents, amounts, currency, discounts and bonuses, order and delivery status;
- payer's email address;
- technical payment identifiers from the payment systems (Stripe, PayPal).
4. Additional (technical) data
To ensure the Service works, for security and for fraud protection, we may collect:
- IP address;
- device and browser information (user-agent, language settings);
- session identifier;
- activity information: login and registration events, game session parameters (connect/disconnect, character name, server name), purchase delivery logs;
- data captured at the time of purchase to confirm its legitimacy (a snapshot of the account state, the fact and version of the accepted store terms).
This data is used for security, fraud investigation and to build evidence when a payment is disputed (chargeback).
5. Data retention
Data is kept for as long as necessary to provide the Service, or longer where required by law (e.g. for financial records). Technical logs (login events, game sessions) are kept for a limited time and are automatically deleted once they are no longer useful.
6. Use, transfer and disclosure
We do not sell personal data. Transfer to third parties is possible only:
- to service providers without which the Service cannot operate - payment systems (Stripe, PayPal), Discord login, the Epic Online Services (EOS) game-account identification system, the hosting provider and the game servers (to deliver purchases);
- where required to comply with the law, including fraud investigation;
- where there is a reasonable suspicion of a breach of the Service's rights or the terms of use.
7. Payments and payment data
Payments are processed by the independent providers Stripe and PayPal. Card details are entered on their side and are not transmitted to us; their processing is governed by those providers' privacy policies.
8. Cookies
The Service uses only strictly necessary cookies (authenticated session, request-forgery protection, saving the chosen language and theme). They are not used for advertising profiling.
9. Obligations and user rights
The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data they provide and must correct any inaccuracies promptly. The user may request access to, correction or deletion of their data, and withdraw consent, by contacting the Administration (section 10). The Administration may retain data even after it is changed/deleted where necessary to comply with the law, ensure security and maintain stable operation of the Service.
